The exclusive time a group class cannot give you

The Total Doppler Immersion is not just another group course. It is one-on-one, exclusive time with Dr. Fanilda Barros, who has more than 30 years of teaching and practice in vascular Doppler.

The goal is to work on an integrated reading of the vascular patient as a whole, instead of a fragmented reading learned area by area in separate courses. With method and practice on real patients, at your pace and starting from your own cases.

Why one-on-one changes how you learn

  • Individual attention

One physician at a time, without sharing Dr. Fanilda with a class.

  • Four integrated areas

Brought together in a single program, not in four separate purchases.

  • Real patients

Selected by Dr. Fanilda for what you need to learn.

  • Your own cases

You bring the cases and questions from your practice to the immersion.

Personalization: the sequence and emphasis adapt to your level and your situation.

The four areas

Practice takes place on real patients, with one-on-one guidance in each area.

  • Upper and lower limb arterial

Exam technique, mapping and interpretation of findings in practice.

Perform and interpret with a protocol

  • Carotid and vertebral arteries

The cervical area, with attention to plaque assessment and interpretation with clinical responsibility.

    Communicate findings with diagnostic clarity

  • Abdominal aorta and venous

Abdominal assessment and reading of the venous system in the same immersion.

    Perform and interpret with method

  • Lipedema

Vascular assessment in the context of lipedema.

Recognize and carry out the assessment

Who it is for

No mandatory prerequisite

The Immersion serves both profiles because it is one-on-one: the program is personalized to each participant's level and situation.

Vascular surgeons, angiologists, radiologists and sonographers.

I want more information

You already perform Doppler

  • "I learned the areas in separate courses and I can't connect it all during the exam."
  • "I feel I'm missing a complete view of the vascular patient, not just pieces."
  • "I wanted real time with Dr. Fanilda, not another group lesson."

You are just starting out

  • "I'm unsure about applying what I saw in class to my day-to-day practice."
  • You want to build a solid, systematic foundation from the start, instead of patching it up later.

Over the two days

Over the two days, you will work on

  • Performing and interpreting the Doppler exam in the main vascular areas
  • Integrating the reading of the four areas into a complete view of the vascular patient
  • The method applied to your practice routine
  • The cases that raise questions in your practice today

In one sentence: the integrated reading of the vascular patient, worked on side by side with Dr. Fanilda Barros.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

The price and payment terms are presented in your conversation with the team, along with the available dates. These are two full days of individual, exclusive attention, on real patients: it is not a group course, it is Dr. Fanilda's time dedicated to you alone, a resource that is scarce by nature.

When does it take place?

There is no fixed calendar. It is two concentrated days, with the date arranged individually according to your schedule and Dr. Fanilda's.

Can I take the Hands On courses separately for less?

Yes, and they remain available as group classes. The difference is the format: in the Immersion you have two days with Dr. Fanilda all to yourself, with the four areas worked on in an integrated way and starting from your cases. See the group Hands On courses.

I have been doing Doppler for years. Is it still worth it?

The Immersion adapts to your level. For those who already have experience, the focus is usually on integrating the reading of the areas and discussing the cases that raise questions day to day.

Is there a prerequisite?

No. Because it is one-on-one, the program is personalized to your level, whether you already perform Doppler and want to integrate the areas or you are just starting out.

I live outside Vitória.

Most of the Instituto's students come from other states. Talk to the team to fit the date into your travel plans.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes, a certificate of completion. The support material on the platform remains available for 1 year.
