But when a less common finding shows up, doubt sets in
Criteria that change
And you are not sure you are using the most current classification.
Scattered knowledge
Spread across sources you cannot check quickly in the middle of a busy day.
Rare conditions
They show up once a year and, for that very reason, cause uncertainty when they do.
The problem is not your technique. It is not having visual, reliable, organized material to check the moment doubt arises.
The quick answer, in the visual format you understand
There is a way, and it does not require stopping everything to study again: having, in a single resource, the infographics that sum up the essentials of each condition: the clinical context, the imaging signs, the classification criteria and the diagnostic approach.
Each infographic answers a clinical question. Together they cover the areas you examine, organized for immediate reference.
It is not a course to watch. It is reference material to consult before, during and after the exam.

Who created the Atlas
Each infographic was created by Dr. Fanilda Barros, a specialist in Angiology with a subspecialty in Vascular Ultrasound and a reference in vascular Doppler in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil.
She is the author of Guia Prático de Ultrassonografia Vascular (Practical Guide to Vascular Ultrasound), co-author of Atlas de Desordens Venosas Pélvicas (Atlas of Pelvic Venous Disorders) and founder of the Instituto Fanilda Barros. The Atlas brings together what she consults and teaches in everyday practice.

A digital PDF in Portuguese, with a navigable index by anatomical area. It opens on a computer, tablet or phone, so you can check it next to the machine.

Right after payment is confirmed. Card and Pix payments are confirmed instantly; boleto payments are confirmed when the bank clears them.
How is it different from the free Atlas?
